Spring Tide Fund III will acquire 4-8 multifamily properties in the Columbus, Ohio market beginning early Fall 2020. The Fund is focused on Workforce Housing assets with value-add repositioning and strong property-level cash flow generation potential over the anticipated 5-year duration.
The Columbus market has demonstrated recent and substantial increases in both population and job growth, and exhibits attractive long-term demographic fundamentals. We also believe there is a systemic supply and demand imbalance in the need for quality Workforce Housing. Fund III will target revitalizing neighborhoods and locations in close proximity to commerce and public transportation, and will invest to acquire and transform properties into high-quality assets.
